Studio moms.

The studio is up and running. It’s amazing guys. I am in love with it and so are my clients.

But, pretty quickly after the hard work was through and I was able to start shooting there, I realized there was A BIG QUESTION posed: How do I infuse my earthy, sunset-rich vibes into these studio sessions and deliver images in line with the style my clients hire me for?

After 5 years, my husband says he can point out an image of mine before he ever sees the watermark. That makes me so freaking proud. That means I have created a unique style by finding what spoke to my soul, followed by years of fine tuning.

So how do I transfer that to an in-studio session for my mammas who are expecting in the dead of winter? For sweet little babes born when there is snow on the ground? For my snuggle session mammas in December, January, and February?

Alex was one of my brides last year who is now expecting a sweet little babe anytime! I asked her to come hang with me so I could demonstrate what an in-studio session with me will look like and I’m thrilled with her gallery.

I worked to keep the rich tones. I tried bringing the outside in by using greenery from the yard. I kept the decor earthy and neutral with a ton of textures and layers.

I love these and think they fit right in. What do y’all think?
